    Which paperwork is needed for my stay ?

    For locals, a copy of your job pass or valid visa is also required. We also need a copy of your passport or other government-issued identity. There you go!

    Is there a security deposit that I need to make ?

    Yes, your security deposit will be held for one month's rent. If there are any damages or additional charges, these will be covered in 30 days of the move-out date.

    If I decide to leave my flat, do I have to give notice ?

    Please inform us at least 30 days in advance if you want to leave the country, move to a different home, or change neighborhoods.
