    Bussel benefits from having a lot of bus lines nearby and is conveniently situated in a calm neighborhood near a retail mall, only 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. Additionally, you will be close to the Marne's banks, making it a great place to go for walks or engage in athletic activities. In two houses—the main house, which has 15 units, and an annex, which has 4 units—we provide 19 individual rooms as well as roomy, bright, and inviting common areas. Living and kitchen spaces are separate in each home. Share special experiences with a great group of housemates in this completely furnished home.

    What is included in the monthly fee ?

    Regarding Coliving homes :

    Are there any extra services you provide ?

    We do really provide à la carte services for private apartments & Coliving units, including :
    - Changing the sheets,
    - Thorough cleaning of intimate regions,
    - Breakfast.
    Just a small amount extra will be requested from you.

    Can my family and I move in together ?

    There aren't any family-friendly studios available right now. However, we are making progress.

    Will my insurance cover me ?

    Definitely. Your possessions are covered by our homeowners insurance if they are harmed by a burglary or a force majeure event (storm, flood, etc.). Each Tenant must have their own individual liability insurance to be protected in any additional scenarios (which is mandatory).

    Are parties permitted ?

    Parties are a big aspect of life in the Colonies, so we urge you to throw any kind of get-together. As long as you are considerate of your roommates, neighbors, and legal hours, we certainly urge you to do so.

    May I invite family members or friends ?

    Of course, up to a maximum of five nights per month. Again, some fundamental guidelines are provided here :
    - Inform your housemates in advance
    - That your visitors spend the night in your personal space rather than the communal room.
