The most newest acquisition to our nest is the 4-room apartment. Right now, it's the most "luxurious" choice we have. Our pals @plattenbaustudio gave every last element of its design their undivided attention. The goal was to combine fresh, contemporary, and bright design elements with historic architectural components, like the original wooden floor and stucco. In addition to being stunning, the end result is also really cozy.

No lease term is set in stone, although a minimum of six months is required to stay (minimum rent)
