The communal areas in our walk-up shophouse were designed with inspiration from Singapore's traditional homes. The open area at the bottom floor of apartment buildings, known locally as "void decks," serves as a meeting spot for neighbors to engage in social activities, such as playing chess or having a spirited conversation in the evening. Commontown Sixth Avenue features furnishings and decor resembling conventional void decks in addition to a ping pong table and a cabinet full of board games.
Enjoy the best of suburbia living with convenience right outside your door while living over a lot of coffee shops and shopping centers. Numerous international restaurants, equestrian facilities, a karting track, a farmers' market, and nature trails including Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Green Corridor can be found in the private housing development. The National University of Singapore, the city center, and one-north are all nearby.
Sixth Avenue MRT Station is close to transportation. Stores, cafes, restaurants, and banks are all nearby for your convenience.

What amount of notice is required to make a reservation ?
After receiving confirmation, we can hold the accommodation for two weeks prior to your move-in date. We are only able to confirm availability for requests made more than one month in advance if it is at least 30 days prior to your anticipated move-in date.
How long must one stay at a hotel ?
Due to local laws, Commontown requires a three-month minimum stay. You have two options for extending your contract after the minimum stay: either sign a fixed-term contract (for another three months or more), or have it extended on a month-by-month basis. You could even decide to move to one of our coliving communities somewhere in the world. Please be aware that the cost of the room depends on where it is.
