    How does one go about booking a room ?

    You will get an email with a link to reserve a room after your viewing. To finish the booking form, click the link. Following receipt of your completed booking form, we will send you an electronic tenancy agreement and bill. When those are finished, your room will be fully yours.

    Which fees must I pay in advance ?

    Your first bill will include a deposit (refundable at the end of your tenancy) equal to one month's rent, your first month's rent (calculated based on the date you move in), and a one-time $100 administration fee to cover the setup with Cove and the condo management.

    What paperwork is required to make a lodging reservation ?

    You will be prompted to provide a copy of your passport's photo page after you finish the booking form. We also need a copy of your visa card if you aren't a Singaporean or a permanent citizen (front and back).
