Natural lighting and airflow are welcome in No. 13. Members can eat by the pond while taking in the view of the sky. The red dragon staircase was transformed into a genuine work of beauty by the light that was shining on it. HYLA pictured a Red Dragon emerging out of the water and soaring into the sky. An elegant contrast is created by a hanging, angular staircase hovering over the kitchen.

When you enter, you'll notice crisp lines and a subdued color scheme of white and grey. You can see a sizable pond and a crimson central spiral stairway by looking around more. A kitchen island separates the living room and dining space on the ground floor from one another.

The Lor 24A Shophouse Series, which consists of 8 conservation shophouses and 7 architects, includes this unit. Both the historically significant exteriors and internal details like peepholes and flooring made of wood were preserved. Our shophouses are all unique individuals with their own personalities and experiences.

Geylang is a peaceful area chock-full of interesting encounters and stimulating trips. To have a greasy Roti John or a substantial cup of Teochew porridge, step outside your shophouse.
