    We have a venue for every mood, from yoga session to after-work beverages, movie marathons to ping-pong competitions. Grab a book from the library, take in the sunset from the roof terrace, cross things off your to-do list in the coworking area, or throw a dinner party in one of the themed dining rooms. Which would you choose, a French bistro or a Japanese tea room?

    The furnishings in our Twodios include a UK small double bed, a desk, lots of storage, and an ensuite bathroom. They are intended for single occupancy and come with everything you require to feel at home. You and one neighbor will share a kitchen with a microwave, a two-burner stovetop, and a fridge freezer.

    For how long may I move in ?

    We provide three-month to one-year subscription options. If you would like to stay longer, simply renew your membership. You may do so as often as you'd like!

    Do you allow working from The Collective Old Oak ?

    Yes, many of our members use our areas to do their business or work. When you stay or live with us, you have access to a workstation in your private bathroom or apartment as well as a wide range of chic co-working spaces. All the important necessities are covered, including ergonomic seating, printing, meeting spaces, tea stations, and extremely quick, secure WiFi. What is ideal? Your rent already includes everything.

    Is it possible for my family and I to live together ?

    You are welcome to bring as many family members as you wish as long as they are all above the age of 18. Please be informed that we only allow a maximum of one person per ensuite and two people per studio.

    Can we move in as a couple ?

    Yes, without a doubt. You can relocate into one of our studio or one-bedroom apartments designed for two as a couple.

    Can my pet come with me ?

    Despite the fact that we adore them, animals are not permitted in our facilities.

    What distinguishes a Twodio from a Studio ?

    The fundamental distinction in between Twodio and a Studio is that a Twodio has a shared kitchenette, whilst a Studio has a private kitchenette. Studios and Twodios each feature an own bathroom.

    Where can I schedule a viewing ?

    To set up a viewing, simply complete the booking form. You won't know your tour is confirmed until you get an email. The prospect of showing you around excites us.

    Is there a monthly fee for membership ?

    Yes. Your monthly membership fee is paid via direct debit at the beginning of each month. After paying your deposit, you will also receive information on how to set up this direct debit when you receive your licence agreement. It's quite simple!
