    How are our tenants chosen ?

    Are homes in Colonies eligible for APL ?

    You certainly can! Additionally, the majority of our Coliving residences offer high-speed fiber optic internet connections, which should be adequate for telecommuting. Some of our residences even feature coworking spaces.

    Does my personal space have a lock ?

    Your personal space does have a mechanical lock, exactly as a typical apartment door. You will be given a special key that only opens your private unit. We have so-called smart locks in some of our homes. Using a badge or a smartphone, you can control these.
