The apartment includes a lovely and roomy living room, a sizable kitchen with a cozy dining area, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and most importantly, a lot of natural light. Each room's price includes utilities, weekly housekeeping, maintenance fees, and wifi (gas, water and electricity).

The terms :

A minimum of three months' stay
$100 in member dues (covers registration tax, stamp duty, administrative and management fees)
