    One of Grexter's first coliving properties, Inaaya is located in a popular area of Hebbal. It includes lovely shared areas and a fantastic deck for relaxing. It has all the conveniences, including wifi, a communal kitchen, and a backup power supply that runs continuously. The lovely and incredibly welcoming village of Inaaya is well recognized. It's always great to live at Inaaya because there are usually game nights, movie nights, or potlucks going on there. The housekeeping crew is also quite kind and supportive.

    What paperwork will I need to complete my KYC ?

    Through dashboard or the App, the complete documentation procedure will be carried out online. The hassle-free experience is what we're all about, you see! All that is required is a selfie of your cheery smile and a scanned copy of your proof of address (Aadhaar, DL Voter ID, or Passport).

    Is it okay for couples ?

    Yeah sure. :) Grexter was developed by us to assist you in living your life to the fullest—funnily and with a lot of laughter. Bring your significant other; it's fine with us. However, there is one tiny detail: if it's a same gender accommodation, you might need to follow the property's guidelines.

    Are visitors welcome ?

    Indeed, why not? Your visitors may even stay the night if you've selected a private room. We don't allow overnight visitors if you share a room with another person, though.

    Can I bring my pet ?

    Unfortunately, no ! :( The Paw Patrol has our sincere apologies.

    What housekeeping services do you offer ?

    Put an end to your housekeeping problems. Every other day, a member of our cleaning staff will come to your room to maintain a spotless environment. To maintain impeccable hygiene, either make absolutely sure you are present when they arrive or give your keys behind.

    Is it permitted to transfer between Grexter properties (inter building shift) ?

    In order for us to ensure a smooth transfer, you must notify us one month in advance. Any on-demand transfer would incur a set fee of $30.

    Exist any supplementary fees ?

    Unless you are discovered using a high-consumption gadget like an immersion heater or an induction cooktop, we don't charge anything extra. It is punishable by a $120 punishment if detected in possession.
