The distance between this property and EGL and Bagmane Tech Park is 3 km. Parking for Yulu Electric scooters is available outside the building. There are two cafes on the property, each offering a wonderful mix of European and Chinese food.
As with all other KOHABS residences, Amber is completely furnished. There are 2 sizable co-working areas for digital nomads and working professionals who occasionally wish to work from home in addition to your allotted rooms. For the peaceful time we all need, there is a sizable outside dining space and chill zone.
We offer restrooms with linked to our single, double, triple, and couple-friendly rooms. Each room has its own TV with a DTH connection. The living rooms have a small library and board games. For individuals who enjoy experimenting with cooking, a fully furnished kitchen. Just a one-month security deposit, plus a two-month lockout period
All costs are included in the rent. Water and power costs, high-speed Internet access, and DTH are included. The expense of minor maintenance is also covered.

The reservation/booking fee of $60 must be paid at the moment of booking. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit due at check-in.
All Kohabs Properties are required to follow this standard procedure.
What are the cancellation policies for reservations ?
You must contact us at (94768 64369) in order to reject your reservation. Please be aware that, in accordance with company policy, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
The bed is transferred for sales when you cancel the reservation.
The reservation fee is only refundable if Kohabs does not confirm your reservation or if the room you reserved is not available when you arrive.
When a consumer cancels a reservation, there is no reimbursement of the reservation fee. Since Kohabs properties are frequently in high demand, the goal of this regulation is to deter frivolous bookings and make it easier for real consumers to join the Kohabs Community.
Can I move in at a later date or preempt it ?
Although it is not recommended, we can prepone if necessary, but only if the bed that was allocated to you is vacant. It is acceptable to postpone the move-in date, but the rent will still be calculated as of the original move-in date.

Can I bring my pet with me ?
Despite the fact that we adore pets, not all of our tenants feel the same way, thus we opt not to allow pets in our homes in order to prevent any issues.
